We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please return it within 14 days in resellable condition for a full refund. If the returned item is shipped back to us in a used or otherwise imperfect condition, only a partial refund may be given.
At the present time, we ship to the contiguous United States and only to street addresses.
We assume no liability for a product lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. Claims due to incorrect address information cannot be honored. If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, please report it to us within 3 business days.
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us to resolve the situation. We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.
