Your order is carefully packaged to insure that it arrive in perfect, gift-giving condition! However, we cannot be responsible if the item was damage by the courier company. If your order is urgent, we reccomend you choose Next-Day Air delivery to accomodate for possible delays in shipping.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please return it within 30 days in resellable condition for a full refund. If the returned item is shipped back to us in a used or otherwise imperfect condition, only a partial refund may be given.
Damaged or Missing goods We cannot be responsible for goods damaged as a result of shipping. If the item was defected or had missing parts, please see the manufacturer's warranty. If the manufacter does not have a warranty, please call us to arrange to have the item shipped back to us. You can either choose to have your item exchanged, or just get a full refund.
Shipping Return Items Back To Us Always call or email us to obtain a return authorization code (RAC) before shipping any item back to our warehouse. When you are given a RAC, write it clearly with a black marker on the shipping package (not on the merchandise!). Items that arrive at our warehouse without a RAC cannot be accepted, and will be returned to the sender.
