If you or your gift recipient(s) are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the bill of lading (delivery receipt).
Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information, will not be honored and customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.
All damage claims and discrepancy claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, Kreatively You will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Kreatively You and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If the gift is disposed of before we can verify the damages/discrepancy, we cannot issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.
